TERMS OF SALE
This agreement is between you (the Customer or Buyer) and Nikki’s Glitz & Glam Boutique (Seller). By submitting this order, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions between “you” and the Seller.
BY CLICKING CHECKOUT/CONFIRM ORDER, I HEREBY AGREE TO ALL AND ANY TERMS LISTED BELOW AND AM AWARE OF THE POLICIES OF THIS ONLINE BOUTIQUE AND THE TERMS I AM AGREEING TO.
Nikkis Glitz and Glam Boutique is a Full Service Specialty Store retailer with a brick & mortar physical location where customers shop daily. When you place an order on our website we will treat you with the same care and respect that we extend to our in-store customers. Unfortunately, since we will not have the opportunity to meet you in person, you will not be able to receive the full extent of our passion for customer service. However, as an online customer please be assured that:
On-Line Sales Policy Specifics:
Order Fulfillment; We will do everything possible to make sure that your order is filled in a timely basis and that your shipment will arrive exactly when and how you expected. We will communicate with you personally after receiving your order BEFORE you are billed. We will address all important contingencies, including confirming that your item will be received in time for your wear date and that you have ordered the correct size based on the designer’s measurements.
Returns; We stand behind this policy by extending a full return for store credit or exchange if we ship you the wrong style or color. Exchange sizes of only the the same style dress within 5 days of your receipt of the package if we have another size in stock. You must call for a return authorization number to place on outside of box before returning. Dresses returned for exchange must have original tags and garment must not have been worn or damaged in anyway. Customer pays shipping and exchange shipping charges. Out of stock items normally happen as part of prom or homecoming seasons and if we are out of stock there will be an exchange for another dress of similar price or no exchange.
We will issue a store credit or exchange for the item if due to wrong color or size or due to unforeseen circumstances such as your item cannot be shipped in time for your wear date and we will inform you of this extremely rare occurrence in a timely manner.
Sizing & Alterations;
Sizes – please pay close attention to size chart listed under each dress company. The size chart is an accurate measurement of the dress give or take ½”. Have a professional take your measurements and verify how close you fall to size chart. It is much easier to take a dress in than to let it out. Most dresses can be professionally taken down one to three sizes. Call with questions. Nikki’s takes no responsibility for incorrectly selected size/measurement. We cannot be held responsible for dye lot variations and delays by manufacturer.
Sizes 14 and over are subject to an additional cost for women’s sizes.
Alterations - are an additional charge. Any alterations will incur additional fees. We do not directly provide alterations. You may obtain your own alterations or we will obtain alterations services through an affiliate. In such event, we are not responsible for alterations disputes. You must settle these with third party affiliate.
Shipping - Shipping dates on web orders are estimated with your wear date considered. Rush fees may be added to receive your order on time.
Shipping charges apply to 48 contiguous states and charged are based on method of shipping and weight of package. You will be notified of costs when called to confirm order.

Due to the specialty nature of our items, all sales are final.
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on:
Eveningwear & Prom or Homecoming dresses
Special Occasion Gowns
No exchanges or credits will be issued for online purchases for any other reasons other than those indicated above. But have no fear; our passion is for customer service. We assure you that your experience ordering from us online can only be surpassed if you come to our store to experience our outstanding customer service in person.
Please note that the prices that you see on our website reflect the Designer’s Suggested Retail Price [MSRP]. The designers that we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price than the MSRP price that you see on our website. If you see a lower price on any other website for the exact style from the same designer than you can KNOW FOR CERTAIN that website is producing and selling counterfeit dresses or gowns of inferior quality and shipping them as originals.
The prices in our store are not necessarily equal to the price on our website. We accept orders online to give our customers the convenience of purchasing their dress or gown directly from our website without the time and expense that we incur when you experience our outstanding customer service in our physical retail location.
We do everything we can to keep the prices on our website accurate and consistent with what the designer is charging for each style at the current time. However, it is possible that there may be a price on our website that is simply incorrect or that may have been changed by the designer without our knowledge.
If you purchase something on our website that is determined to be listed with an incorrect price we will correct the price on our website immediately and we will contact you to inform you of the error. We WILL NOT bill you until you have been informed of the corrected price. At that time you will have the opportunity to cancel your purchase or process a new order for the corrected price, which will be reflected on our website. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we honor a price that is found to be incorrect on our website; this would be considered a breach of our agreement with our designers who do not allow their styles to be sold for a price less than their MSRP price.
ALL DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS
No Refunds on any purchases, Special Orders, Formal Wear, Rentals, Gift Certificates or Casual boutique merchandise IE. Jewelry, Jeans, Tee shirts Etc. will be issued under any circumstances.
Exchanges or store credit will only be issued on Casual boutique merchandise IE. Jewelry, Jeans, Tee shirts Etc., within 30 days of purchase with valid tags, unworn with original receipt and in the same new condition.
Store credit is only valid for 90 days.
There will be no returns or exchanges on any special order, layaway, formalwear IE. (Bridal gowns, Bridesmaids dresses, Pageant dresses, Prom, Mother of Bride/Groom, Homecoming, Cocktail, or Evening wear) or any type of Rentals
For all Bridal Purchases refer to the Bridal Contract for additional store policies.
Deposits on any Item, special occasion, formal wear, or rentals must be a minimum of 50% down of the total purchase within the first 48 hours or you will lose the deposit and the security of that item.
Deposits can only be transferred within the first 48 hours of placing the deposit, to any same department Item of equal or greater value. Unless it is a special order then there will be no transferring of deposits at all.
Sew in bras, sticky bras and all nipple pads are non returnable and no exchanges will be allowed.
Special orders must have 50% of the total order down before we will place the order which means the item may go out of stock if the deposit of 50% is not placed on the day the transaction is started Nikki’s is not responsible for this.
Special order items will be subject to shipping charges based on quotes from the shipping provider. Any rush shipping will be subject to higher charges.
All extended sized items will be subject to an upcharge.
Once a special order item is purchased then it becomes the buyer’s obligation to pick up and pay the remaining balance of the item.
Any item may be subject to alterations and must be paid in full before any alterations can be done to the item.
We can recommend an alteration person, but Nikki’s cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise.
All issues that do arise must be taken care of with the alterations person.
Nikki's guarantees items special ordered to be delivered by your wear date.
Nikki's is not responsible for the same dress or items being worn by another person at your Event or Prom.
By signing this I agree to the size or item(s) ordered for me by Nikki's.
By signing this receipt, I accept the condition of the merchandise I am purchasing.
Nikki's is not liable for any issues that may arise once this receipt is signed.
The customer has the obligation and right to inspect their merchandise before signing this receipt.
Any issues with the merchandise must be brought to the attention of a Nikki's associate before signing this receipt.
